Over the last ten years, Einat has contributed to the development and global positioning of Birrificio San Quirico.
She has managed international collaborations, launched Birrificio per le Donne—a female initiative that celebrates women through beer—and participated in the creation of Liquorificio, a craft liquor brand.
This project is deeply connected to her love and long-standing commitment to the Val d'Orcia, a place that continues to inspire every step she takes.
